Had a problem on a Sunday. Nicole was friendly and helpful on the phone, tech (Joseph) arrived couple of hours later exactly as promised. Great guy, thorough and professional. Would give him 5 stars separately if I could. He diagnosed and explained the problem and then fixed it for a very reasonable price. I was skeptical about Precision getting so many 5 star reviews but I’m a skeptic no more!

Broken garage door opener? Call Precision. Need a new one installed? Call Precision. Garage door broken? Yes, call these people. Available most any time, punctual, courteous, honest and REASONABLE pricing. I have used several other garage door services over the past many years — ending up with these guys. Several other companies tried to sell me new equipment for a huge price, instead of trying to fix the problem (safely of course — no mickey mouse). I have Precisions number stuck on the garage door opener… and use it for any problem related to the garage door/​opener. Believe me… they are great. They also cover the whole county of Orange.

Dustin, the guy who helped fix the door temporarily was very professional and provided exceptional service. After that great experience, Dustin provided an estimate to replace the door, and I gave him a deposit check. Well, it all went south after that. 3 day’s later not a single word from the office that was supposed to schedule the installation. I guess they are to busy for my business. Ended up canceling the deposit check. Now looking for another company to install a garage door. Very frustrating

Our garage door wouldn’t open so we called Precision Door Service, who sent Jesus out to our neck of the woods at 9.45 pm. Even though he had been on call since 8 am, he didn’t show any signs of fatigue. In fact, he was cheerful and chatted with us while he went about his work.
Turns out, one of the springs broke. Jesus gave us a competitive quote that closely match what other companies on Angie’s List were offering. He also took the initiative to ask if we were AAA members and gave us a AAA discount. He replaced the springs, oiled and greased the rail and tracks, tested the door, charged our credit card using his iPad and went on his way within the hour.

Garage door coil broke as well as wires tangled on both side. Called for same day service and what a surprise … service tech arrived on time. Addressed the issue and priced it out with Unilocal deal + AAA discount. Spent 10 min chatting with Chris and 1.5 hour garage door is working beautifully… and quieter too. Service can’t get any better. Call them you won’t regret it.
