I’ve been to this Starbucks more than 20 times. I already expect it to be busy at 8am. What I don’t expect is a rude Barista when you ask a polite question, as any mobile order customer does«By any chance would you happen to know if a mobile order is ready for…» Not expecting attitude from some self righteous punk. Starbucks, lose the snobby Baristas. If someone goes into a job in the service industry, they should expect to answer questions.

This store is probably the dirtiest Starbucks store I’ve ever been too as a Gold Star Member. While I was standing in a line, another customer wiped his hand across the counter display case and showed me. It was covered in dust & dirt, and you could see all the dust & dirt on the display case as well. I’m guessing it has not been cleaned in a several months. I was shocked as a customer, I’ve never seen that in a Starbucks store before. Most of the Starbucks I’ve been too are all extremely clean and or their employees are always cleaning as well. Then after I got my drink it was made incorrectly and that ended up being an issue as the employee went from one extreme to another when asked to make another drink. First she didn’t put enough of an ingredient in and then dumps a massive quantity in on the next drink. Then I asked to speak to with the mgr who gave me the usual apology. bla bla. She ended up making me another drink that was made correctly. Unfortunately while I was standing at the end of counter waiting for my 3rd drink to be made correctly I noticed the floor was a mess as well behind the counter. And witnessed a few other customers drinks being made incorrectly who had to ask for corrections in their drinks. In my opinion this store needs a complete scrub down and all of the employees need a complete refresher course on customer service and how to clean and make drinks properly and correctly. Best of luck if you go. you will get your drink eventually, but it might have to be remade a few times or you might have to ask for an ingredient they forgot to put in. I hope the regional mgr or Starbucks customer service reads this review. I will gladly change this review for the better if changes are made.

I can’t believe this place used to be so clean when my daughter used to work here. Now its filthy. Don’t get me started with the bathroom. Dirty floors sink clogged. And dusty. Too bad

Before you read on you must know 2 things: I decided to go to a different store to complete my order and I have only had two drinks of it, ALSO I am fully aware that this is a first world problem and I’m super salty about it. :) Ok, now that you know that… please ready. I refuse to come here anymore. The customer service in this store is horrendous. This store is on my way to work so I stop in occasionally, sometimes 1 time per week, other times 3 – 5 times per week… today will be my last time. I was in around 6:30 am and they didn’t have any cold brew. Now, I know places run out of stuff all the time… but the way it’s handled determines the customers reaction. Here is a play by play of what happened: Walked in. waited in line close to 5 – 10 min with only 3 – 4 people in front of me. Cashier greeted me, «Hello. What can I get for you?» and then walks away without any kind of acknowledgement that I am about to say something… she is then gone for 2 – 3 minutes while i’m just standing there… (I’m starting to get irritated at this point) Barista must see that i am about to scream. and starts taking orders: «Who’s next. What do you want?» (We have surpassed irritated and are now bordering Angry.) me: «I’d like a venti cold brew with soy…» Barista: interrupts me to say«Um.We don’t have any cold brew. I know it sucks. I wanted one too this morning. Sorry ’bout it.» No suggestion of something else I could order, and with a real flippant attitude. I left the store somewhat boiling and went to another store where I was greeted with a venti cold brew with caramel and soymilk Goodbye Starbucks on Alicia… Hello Starbucks on El Toro!

Wow. been coming here for a whole year with the same exact drink order and it has always been $ 5. Today it’s $ 7.20!!! Same girl last time charged me $ 5.70 and I didn’t say anything. Then when I asked for an explanation, she goes super sayan! Like I just insulted her family. U guys lost a regular today. Nice barista gave me a «next one on us card» tho

Excellent Service! Kyla was very nice and made my day :) Of all the Starbucks in the area, this is by far my favorite. I will go out of my way to swing by when Im craving a PSL. The store is clean and the staff is always friendly. Parking is very convenient as it is in the center of the shopping center.

I recently started working in the area and was very happy to see a Starbucks in the same shopping center. So convenient. I went twice. I had awful experiences both times. Fortunately there are Starbuck’s on just about every corner, I will be stopping at one on the way to work. The first service left little to be desired to where the manager gave me a card for $ 4. for my next visit. I used it at a different store. I asked for extra caramel on the bottom. They put none on the bottom. Today, was beyond a disaster due to Rick’s attitude and the tone he spoke with me. Again, I asked for a drink with extra caramel on the bottom. Hannah, who took my order wrote this on the cup. When Rick brought me my drink, I told him I asked for extra caramel on the bottom, being that there was not much there. Rather than believing in the motto ‘The Customer Is Always Right’ Rick’s response was ‘I put some caramel on the bottom. See???’ I just looked at him in shock of his response and he looked back with a glare. When he handed me the cup, it was overflowing and dripping all down the outside of the cup. I had coffee all over my hand. I put it down on the counter and went to the other side and asked Hannah if I could speak with the manager, whom was not in this morning. Rick was on that side and made a snide comment that he said he would make another. I told him again, ‘no thank you, I want to speak with the manager’. While Hannah was writing down the manager’s name and telephone number, Rick then said, and I quote, ‘you are effecting my life over caramel’. I composed myself and again told him ‘no thank you’ as he continued to harass me. It wasn’t until Candice came over and asked me if she could help. I thanked her and went to the other side to pick up my drink and danish. At this time, the cup was sitting in a circle of the coffee and there was droppings all around the cup. When I turned to get some napkins to clean it up, Rick just took the cup to remake it. I didn’t wait as it was now 30 minutes I spent in the store and walked out. That was $ 12+ thrown down the drain. Thanks Rick for a wonderful start of the day!!!

I dislike this Starbucks even more than the rest of the Starbucks. My only reason for 2 stars instead of 1 is due to the friendly staff. The compliments end there. First of all, it’s Starbucks. Simply, their coffee sucks, no matter the variety. I only drink coffee, with no pumps of this or that, so I taste just the coffee. Starbucks coffee is way too acidic and bitter and not balanced at all. It’s good for a quick colon cleanse but that’s about it. This Starbucks is always crazy busy and the lines long. Word to the wise, go to Kona Loa across the street. The coffee is way way way better and the food and treats are tastier and less processed.

I’m not a big coffee fan, but I do like green tea. I decided to stop in here as I was waiting for a ride after I dropped my car off nearby to get fixed. It’s a decent size Starbucks. What I noticed right off was that the place was kind of messy. There chairs at most of the tables were pushed out and the tables weren’t wiped down as you can see stuff on them. I ordered and the girl was very nice. My tea came quickly and tasted like it usually does. I went to try and find a place to sit and I found a chair and table that was clean in the corner. I noticed there was about 4 people working and no one cleaning and they were just standing around talking to each other. Overall, I won’t go back because if they don’t wipe the tables down, I’m not sure how or if they clean their equipment.

This is an OK Starbucks as far as Starbuck go. I’m more of a fan of Coffee Bean, but if Starbucks is the only coffee shop close-by, I’ll make an exception. Today we got a regular coffee Frappuccino. It was just OK. It was a little icy and didnt have a very strong coffee flavor. I got more«sweet» than«coffee» from this drink, and that was a disappointment. The staff was friendly and promptly topped up our whipped cream when we asked. Good customer service. The location wasn’t very clean and we had to sweep off a bunch of debris and crumbs before we could sit down. The supply of hard goods(mugs, thermoses, etc) was good. I bought my wife her thermos mug here awhile back. It was the only location that sold«girly» looking mugs in the style she liked. Drink: OK Service: Very Good

We will NOT be back to this Starbucks. We moved nearby a month ago and have found this Starbucks to be hit or miss. Today was the last straw. My husband ordered a java chip frap with an extra shot and she forgot to put the mocha chocolate in. He asked if she could add it and she was SUPER sassy and rude. She said she did it right but begrudgingly made a second one. The second time she didn’t add the java chips or extra shot, and threw the drink down at him and stormed away. So he just gave up and drank it. Completely unprofessional and unprompted. We will buy expensive coffees elsewhere from now on.

Tried a banana chocolate smoothie without protein this time since I had my son with me. The smoothie was delicious and even followed it up with a Greek yogurt with honey. YUMYUMYUM! We enjoyed nice little break. Most definitely will be back. Lots of relaxing couches and music.

2014 Unilocal100CHALLENGE — 17⁄100 My boyfriend and I came here recently to get our midday caffeine fix. The location is pretty big and spacious in comparison to other Starbucks locations. Interestingly enough it was really dead and only had a few people sitting around. There seemed to be only 1 – 2 people working at the time we came in… but I guess that’s ok since there weren’t really any customers. Our cashier ended up making our drinks as well since there was apparently nobody there to assist her. I didn’t want to give this location more than 3 stars because it was kind of untidy/messy. There was old trash on the tables and it could have used a good sweeping up. They had comfy, soft chairs, but they looked dirty and worn. Also, not sure what’s up with the incredibly dark lighting but I feel like it could be more welcoming with brighter lights. Drinks were great, as usual. Yay for Starbucks drinks being usually pretty consistent!
