I was looking for a storage unit between my home & work. Read the reviews, and made a reservation online. I called the 800 number to be sure someone was there, since it was near closing time. No problem, and I was fortunate to meet Earl. He was very thorough, showed me different options, pricing, asking what was best for me. Loved how clean, well lit the facility is, most of all, I liked Earl and his customer service. Very happy!

I’m shopping around for a storage unit and just met with Earl at Storage West. He was very informative & gave me every last detail of renting a unit. He also took me to see two so I could do a size comparison & shared some of the highlights of the property including the extra security, 24-​hour surveillance, etc… A great representation of what customer service should be– thank you Earl for being SO kind and helpful!

I had a wonderful experience with this highly secure self storage facility. It is beautifully maintained and well managed. I used a large space to store my mother’s possessions when she went into assisted living. When my mother passed away, the manager, Marsha, was very accommodating as to the resolution of notice of termination of the lease on the space and highly professional and friendly. If I needed it, I would store here again in a heart beat.
