Worst subway you will ever go to. The system is always down so they can only accost cash. They are always out of white bread when I go and to top it off the employees have a ton of attitude about it. Owner needs to get on it. This place sucks

Beware don’t step into this subway. The staff here are very impolite. we made some mess up, but they were not efficient to handle the situation. they just want the customer to go away. this is our first time, but I am sure this will be our last time too.

Unfortunately this location is horrible! I stay at the hotel up the street when I am in town visiting and every time I come here it’s a bad experience. I am always rushed when it comes to ordering my sandwich. I didn’t know asking for «extra pickles» means I get 4 pickles instead of 3. Come on, I have no problem paying extra if that’s the case!
It bothers me this is the closest place to eat! But after today Id rather have a burger then come here

This is the slowest sandwich shop I have ever been to. I didn’t expect a Jimmy John’s, but I also didn’t expect to them to need to slaughter the cow and bake my bread before carefully fashioning my footlong sandwich. I have built Subways in less time than my Black Forest Ham took to make. I go to Subway for speed not so I can sit and watch sloth-​man make me a carefully crafted ham sandwich. Didn’t even get it toasted. Eat fresh and kill me next time I waste this much time for a convenient meal.

I just spent $ 20 + for a few sandwiches. My kids love Subway… The person behind the counter seemed very anxious to rush us through to the point of being rude. There was no one in front of us or behind us. We were the only customers. His questions were quick and full of impatience. He couldn’t wait to get us out of there. We were quiet, hungry and not indecisive. we knew exactly what we wanted.
I make less than $ 20 an hour, so I consider that I gave this person over an hour of my life in that $ 20. He will not get our business ever again. Bad day? I can understand. But I was taught to treat the customer with respect. They are your livelihood. Obviously, this person, could care less if we ever came back… So we won’t. The one star is because my boys love Subway… period

Never incredibly busy like other stores and always impeccably clean. I love to visit this store because I know it is well kept.

This Subway restaurant constantly impresses me with how much they suck. First of all, if you were thinking about going here at night, forget about it. The parking lot is very small and there is a restaurant right next-​door that takes up all the spaces. You cannot find parking unless you park in the valet parking lot in the back. Who is going to pay to valet their car at a Subway? Just now, in the middle of the day, I went in to get a sandwich. They were out of white bread. Who has ever heard of a Subway running out of bread!!! I looked puzzled and they tried to explain it’s because they are busy. Don’t you make enough bread to cover the busy times? I am done going to this Subway. It is impossible to get in and then when you do they don’t have what you want.

The food is on par with other Subways. The only ding on them is the parking lot. It’s small, a little tight for maneuvering.

A good subway location. Very conveniently off the freeway. The 1 star reviews aren’t for the food if you read them. Staff were friendly and talkative.

This friendly subway is a convenient stop for hungry travelers off the 5 freeway. Fast and tasty. The lady staff member gave us a money-​saving suggestion. My Subway club on toasted jalapeño was yummy. Broccoli cheddar soup was nice and hot.
It’s near a Starbucks and past the Carl’s junior. We took the Oso parkway exit off the 5 south and then turned east. It’s a bit hidden but the little driveway is past the Carl’s junior, and we saw the Starbucks sign first from the road and then the subway sign. Easy short drive off the 5 freeway. We had no trouble parking around 2:00 but I’m not sure if it’s busier during the lunch hour.
Friendly staff. This subway has a clean bathroom. Note to the owner: although the toilet is clean, the toilet seat needs to be replaced!
I recommend this subway to weary hungry travelers. It’s a subway, it’s not gourmet, but it’s friendly and reliable and the food tasted fresh.. (-;

Of all the subways, the one is horrible. The staff is too busy talking to each other, the meat has a funky taste to it, and over all, its really bad.
I think this is the first time I got my sandwich, took a bite, and threw it away. Very disappointing

Food was good but this Subway closes at 8! Wth! The turned the
Gita off on me while I was eating without even a warning! I m used to them closing at 10.
