Went there to add a line, was told $ 20 for in store activation fee and $ 20 per month for the line if I use my phone and add it to my other lines. went home and saw they added insurance without asking for 11.99 per month, and the line costs $ 40 instead of $ 20, and $ 20 in store activation fee is not the same as Verizon activation fee amd was charged $ 20 extra for the Verizon activation fee and I called to complain and the manager said I’m sorry for the confusion but we cannot reverse the fees. Basically they stole $ 20 and 11.99 more if I hadn’t checked my account online. Plus provided false information regarding the cost of the line

I was happy with my service. I called first and Eddie answered and seemed very knowledgable and told me to come in store so he could activate it.(I had tried to go to the Verizon at laguna mall and they gave me the wrong information that I had to call a number) so when I arrived Eddie was busy so I believe the gentleman who helped me was Bryan, who I also found very pleasant and conversant with me. Overall very happy with my service. Also at laguna hills there was no one there the first two minutes at this location there was 2 people already on the floor

Kris, the manager at this location is incredible! I had several situations where other stores told me no, but Kris was able to help me out. If you are in a cellular bind go and see Kris. He will at least consider every possibility.

Recently, I was having problems with my iPhone 4s due to having updated the software. I was told by the Manager that the update was really made for the iPhone 5. The Manager, Phil Thach was so professional and patient that my problems were solved. I was eligible for a free iPhone 5 — yes really free. Phil spoke with my husband on the phone and was clear with all the details which my husband required regarding length of service required, cost of service and cost of phone. As a technology consultant, Phil receives 5 stars. The 5 minute phone call ended up saving us money, learning more about our account, and making my husband comfortable with answers to all his questions. Phil is very knowledgeable in areas of technology, managing his employees, opportunities for savings in contracts and agreements with customers, and overall fantastic customer service. The Mission Viejo 4G wireless Verizon store gets 5 stars. Thanks, Phil.
