Yes cleaners are simply the best, really. I’ve been to a half dozen cleaners in the area(two are no longer in business: I wonder why?) and when it comes to dry cleaning they have gone above and beyond my expectations of what a dry cleaning business is about. I gave them a try because I was unhappy with previous dry cleaners and I found a discount online for new customers. Results: My shirts look new again. No fuzz balls, really clean, and friendly honest service. If you need advice, Nargis is the person who helped me decide on how I wanted my shirts based on what I said. Sure enough, my shirts looked and felt new again. Over the years I have brought suits and even blankets that sure too large for the washing machine. Turn around time has always been on time or a day sooner(it just depends). If you want the best all around service from a dry cleaner then Yes Cleaners in Mission Viejo is the place. :) UPDATE: just found out that Yes Cleaners is now QD Cleaners.

I took my sons 4 dress shirts, 2 pr jeans and 1 pr slacks to this cleaners. They did the worst job I have ever seen in my entire life! The jeans were ironed with heavy creases but yet the middle of the jeans looked like the iron had not touched it. Really who puts heavy creases in jeans and how do you iron the creases and not the middle of the leg??? The black and burgundy laundered shirts had lint all over them and were supposed to be medium starch which should mean the shirt is nice and ironed and pretty stiff. NO… The shirt looked like it was just pulled out of the dryer and hung on a hanger, and not even ironed. The collar on one of the shirts was standing straight up. The other two shirts were supposed to also be medium starch and were not, and the shirts were so wrinkled. Really? The owner said, well, it is only $ 1.75 to launder each shirt, so what do you expect? What? I told him that the placed I usually go charges me $ 1.25 and does a beautiful job and I have never had any shirt come out looking like it just came out of the dryer. I refused to pay, and he looked at me, like he was going to make me pay. I told him that I am going to have to go home and try to delint or rewash the shirts and iron myself and I refuse to pay. DONOTUSETHISDRYCLEANERS~ We have used them once before but I did not look at the clothes(I wish that I had now), and last time they forgot one of the items and we went out of town and figured it out and were not happy, and had to go back to pick up after our trip.

not bad. my black shirt wasn’t ironed well(iron marks were visible on the collar), but the service was fast, friendly, and moderately priced.

I like Yes Cleaners for many reasons. The woman who works the front desk always remembers me, she’s very kind and she did a very special favor for me when I had to donate some of my husband’s clothing. For that, I will always return to her for her business.
