Quality of items has went down over the past few years. I am starting to think the same about customer service. No one greeted me, asked if I needed assistance, and while I was checking out the employees continued their own private conversations even yelling across the store at each other.

Sometimes I buy work clothes here. I have a pair of their jeans, which are quite nice, but items hit & miss in general. Usually I buy my clothes at local companies by made in the USA labels, I don’t think anything here is made in the USA.

I would say this is a typical Old Navy. It’s never too crowded, and it’s close to my house. I think what I appreciate the most about Old Navy is the selection of cheap graphic t’s. I got an awesome«rock the vote» t-shirt here for election season. I also get a couple of American flag t-shirts here each year for the 4th of July so my family can dress alike. Yep, sometimes we are those people. Old Navy is consistently inexpensive, and that’s what I appreciate.

I don’t like when you check out and they ask for email address, phone numbers, survey, and then want you to open a credit card. Can’t I just buy stuff and leave?
