We have purchased tile from this store for years, so we were comfortable buying carpet for the entire house from them. Big mistake. They have promised installations on two occassions and I still don’t have any carpet. Worse yet, there is nobody at the store that can provide any information on my order. Apparently, only Carrie can deal with carpet. She is never there and doesn’t return calls. There are many good flooring companies in Kansas City. Don’t waste your time and money here.

We got a great deal on tile here. They have everything from extreme high end products to more consumer friendly varieties. We got Lowe’s or Home Depot quality tile for about .70 less per tile. They have a better selection of grout colors than every other store we shopped as well. The staff was helpful, especially for first time tile layers like us. Tile & Stone Warehouse is located in the old Fox Body Shop right on I-​35.
