Great prices! Great work! Might of caught them on an off day conversation was ZERO even when asking questions about color choice. We all have our days and I will be back they are quick and nails are beautiful!

First place I came to when I first moved here a few months ago. And I’m OBSESSED. Tram is phenomenal. My nails & toes looked amazing.

LOVE THIS PLACE. My first experience was about 6 weeks ago, and it blew me away. The owner Tram is so sweet and friendly. The way it is conducted is great. They take their time and make sure you’re pampered and that your nails look fabulous. After coming from a very well known salon, that seemed to have gone down the tubes, I’m very glad I started coming here. The prices are amazing, too.

I had a great experience while in the salon. I didn’t have an appointment but they got to me quickly. The staff was friendly and efficient. I got the shellac manicure and after just 6 days, it chipped (I was also on vacation which made it even more frustrating). I probably won’t go back, I really count on my manicures to last me a full two weeks.

I have never been to another salon with such great prices along with skilled technicians that have common courtesy and such a warm welcome to customers.
You can feel like you are right at home.
I love getting the sugar scrub on my legs. Honestly, my favorite part! Haha.
Most of the time I go with my mother and we get pedicures. No complaints whatsoever from us. The selection of polishes could be better — but I am a sucker for french tips, so it does not bother me.
The technicians are always friendly, aware, and comforting. All around, good times.

I had a lovely time getting a pedicure and shellac manicure at Tips N Toes. I was skeptical because of the old review that didn’t give them very high marks but I liked that the new owner took accountability and welcomed that customer back. They were also recommended by the hotel I was staying at in the area. I am very OCD and the owner actually completed my service with careful attention to any calluses and a great polish job that didn’t leave me with any on my skin. I’m only sorry that I travel for work and won’t be able to come back until I’m in the area.
The owner welcomed each customer as the came in and they promptly began everyone’s service. The salon was clean (even grabbed a new buffer when the one she was using on me fell to the floor) and had lots of polish and shellac choices available. Also each technician made exactly sure they were providing the service that was expected by the customer.

I really like this salon! They don’t treat you like a number in a sweat shop and the mani/​pedis last forever! I get my nails done regularly, and it was one of the best pedis in town by far. I’ve left my other place and plan to go here regularly now.

I went to Tips N Toes my first time. I followed Dyana here from JJ nail salon after it closed. Dyana is AWESOME! She works there now. The place was sunny and clean! The owner, I think her name is Tram, is very pleasant and welcoming. Typical nail salon atmosphere. Lots of nail color choices. Really cool nail lamp… my pink n’ white dried in seconds! Several people came in and they all were worked in quickly. Comfy pedicure chairs with enough room in between each chair. Spa is cleaned immediately after each customer. Like the face cloth towel to dry my hands… upscale and earth friendly! Noticed they have bottled water upon request. I miss JJ nail salon but with Dyana here at Tips N a Toes… I found my new nail salon!

I went here at the recommendation of a friend for a Shellac manicure. I was very pleased with the polish (the brand was Gelish), which has definitely held up — no chips so far and it’s been 12 days. The service was very efficient, but I was less than satisfied with several other aspects of my visit.
I walked in, and the staff immediately greeted me without looking up from the nails they were working on halfway across the room. They said they could work me in within 10 minutes, and they did. I opted for the $ 35 Shellac Manicure. The technician put my hands in plastic baggies and squirted lotion on them, and then instructed me to put my hands in electric warmers. She then left me to go give someone across from me a pedicure, during which she answered her cell phone and talked to her other coworkers barely acknowledging the client.
While sitting there all by myself (…cue Celine Dion…) I noticed how dirty the place was. I don’t think the counter where I was sitting had been wiped off all day, the carpet was dirty, and the technician didn’t wash her hands between clients either — she went strait from me to her pedicure client and back to my hands. She wiped the lotion off my hands with a dry room temperature washcloth, and then lathered some more lotion on my hands. Then she told me to get up, go across the room, and wash my hands. That was the end of the «manicure.»
The polish portion was slightly better. She quickly filed and trimmed my nails, but she didn’t ask how I wanted them shaped, so I had to ask her to redo one hand. I wanted a French Tip polish, and she did a great job making the white tips the perfect length.
Interestingly, it seemed like the place had a lot of regulars. One girl came in and was treated like a rock star with all of the employees greeting and making eye contact with her.
The reason why this place gets one star and not two is due to the dirty interior and the fact that my technician didn’t wash her hands between clients. If you can overlook that and only want a polish this place will get the job done. But I’ve had many nicer manicures for less money where the technician actually stayed and focused on you the entire time. I won’t be returning to Tips and Toes anytime soon.
