Without a doubt, the best hvac guy I have found in any city I’ve lived in! I have had him out to my house three times (not his fault!). The first time I originally had another Houston hvac company come out for a quote. I won’t mention them here, but you can see them quite often on local commercials. Their guy said I needed a whole new system at a cost of $ 12,000-$ 14,000. I called Arya for a second opinion, based on their BBB rating and reviews. He said I needed to replace my system, no doubt. But his final quote and charge: $ 3,800! The second time, I had a different company come out first to look at my remaining unit that was old and starting to have issues. I was told I needed a whole new motor at about $ 3000 installed. Called Arya again for a second opinion. Guy said all I needed was some sort of add-​on piece at $ 300 installed. Third time, I learned and called them directly. My brand-​new unit kept cutting out because the 5 amp fuse inside kept blowing. I called them to schedule an appointment. They just told me to go outside and look at the brown wire heading in to the ground. There was probably an animal chewing on the cable and allowing water to get in when it rained. Sure enough, there was a hole. I just needed to wrap it in electrical tape. He could have just told me he’d be out to look at it, and charged me a truck-​role fee to fix it, but he didn’t. Quality work and quality service! In my opinion, don’t look any further.

Charged us a very cheap price for the services rendered. Tech was knowledgeable and quickly and accurately diagnosed and fixed the problem. Absolutely my new go-​to for A/​C issues!
