Kolaches… A classic Texas breakfast/brunch food. Or lunch sometimes too! Kolache Factory’s kolaches are much better than the ones from Shipley’s in my opinion.
My favorite kolache is the Italian Chicken. They frequently run out of these because they’re pretty popular.
The Bacon Egg Cheese one is pretty good too. It’s larger than the average kolache so it’s quite filling.
In addition to a variety of savory kolaches, there are some croissants and fruit kolaches.
The tables and everything are always clean and well maintained.
The service here is fast — no complaints.
If you sign up on the Kolache Factory website, you’ll occasionally get coupons such as BOGO etc.
