Magnolia Nails & Spa

I’ve been coming here for the past 4 – 5 years and I love it. I never feel rushed and I’m always very happy with the work. A few times I’ve had a nail break and they fix me up for free. Their customer service is outstanding and I’ve never waited for longer than a minute to sit down. They always offer a beverage and I adore their magnolia pedicure. Completely worth the extra $ 10! I used to drive all the way to sugar land for my nail place, but magnolia is far superior in every aspect.

I live nearby, so I decided to try this nail salon to save myself a longer drive to Simply Divine, my usual place. I will start off by saying that the ladies that work there are very courteous and attentive; I can’t find any fault at all with their customer service. I went in two Saturdays ago in the afternoon and they got me in right away. I asked for a french manicure with shellac and an eyebrow wax. Both my eyebrows and my nails looked great when I walked out, and I thought I had found a great new place (FYI, they only take cash tips so if you want to tip and haven’t any cash with you, you have to make two trips). The next day, the paint on my nails started to chip. I’ve never had shellac chip that fast before, and the rest of the paint followed suit over the course of a week. Last Friday I went back, explained what happened and they quickly fixed the issue, again they were really nice. This time it lasted a few days longer, but its been a week and the shellac has already chipped and peeled. I gave this salon two stars because the staff is nice, but took three off for the fact that I paid extra for shellac that chipped and peeled way too soon not once, but twice. I don’t think they are using quality materials, so I won’t be back:(.

I’ve been in this area for a year and I’ve finally settled on this being my nail spot. Someone always greets you at the door and they are usually able to get you in right away. Everything in there is very clean and you feel comfortable during your mani/​pedis. I’ve had a few different techs and all do a great job. The only thing I miss about my last nail salon was the good music, wine, and techs who talked to you. Those things change the atmosphere. They don’t seem to talk around you which is a plus. I would recommend them to anyone in the area.

I had a friend invite me to get manis and pedis with her due to a gift cert she received for Mother’s Day. I chose to forego my usual nail spot (which I love) for some girl time. Upon arrival we were sat fairly quickly and they started working on our feet right away. The lady gave me a card showing me the services to which I chose the normal pedicure because the better pedicure was double than my normal place charges for the same exact treatments. When it came to my nails I chose the shellac manicure which also came with a 10 minute back massage (which she must have forgotten about because she shooed me out of there as soon as she was done painting my fingers). So here we are at Tuesday– 2 days after this epic event– and my shellac manicure has already peeled off of TWO nails. My normal place lasts 3 – 4 weeks and in the last year of getting shellac manicures I have never had a single nail just peel off. I can honestly say I will never cheat on Sienna Nails again.

Four of my nails are glued to my skin! Will never go back. I visit Houston often and my daughter in law and I like to get our nails done together. Won’t be there again!

This place is great. I’ve been here a few times and I’ll definitely keep coming back. It’s quiet, clean and the women are friendly. Customer service is great, I was offered a beverage while I waited for my pedi. The wait was quick, even for a Saturday. I like that they use a timer while I was getting my massage so I never felt rushed.

I was very pleased with the customer service and I was very pleased with the GREAT JOB they did on my nails. The only reason why I gave them 4 stars is because, I wasn’t able to get the design I requested. But I did tell her at the last minute I wanted a design, so technically it was my fault, other than that they did an EXCELLENT JOB!
