I ONLY give this place a 5 Star Review BECAUSE it is for my Nail Technician. Her name is Robin and she does my Manicure and Eyebrows on POINT! The ladies in my family have been going to her wayyyyy before she started at Nails by Heather. Yes — she is that amazing to the point we will follow her from salon to salon. I’m not sure of anyone else in the salon because I only trust Robin. She does take walk in’s and appointments. I recommended to visit her on a weekday only because on the weekend majority of their clients are there for her specifically! So with that being said — 5 Stars for Robin!

Horrible experience. I had to keep telling the tech she was being too rough and hurting me. She just ignored me like I wasn’t saying anything. Finally I had to just leave. Never again.
