I’ve only picked up and had delivery from here. I love that they have a pick up window so you don’t have to get out of your car. The delivery is always timely and the pizza is good. I like that they offer options besides pizza because I have one child who doesn’t like pizza, but we can all still order from the same place.

The staff is very unfriendly and it deters me from ordering here. Decent food + awesome staff, sure but decent food + bad staff, no thanks. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I have been ordering pepperoni’s for a long time!!! I have never written a review before I figured I would go out of my way today in writing my first!!! If you don’t know what to order just know you could never go wrong with Gyro, Spaghetti and meatballs or pizza. Today the delivery guy forgot my greek salad but when I called they apologized and delivered it immediately!!! Excellent food with excellent service dining in or delivery. I will continue to order their food till the day I move out of the subdivision.

I was informed that the pizza place 1.5 miles away has recently added delivery charges and minimum order of $ 25. I was told ‘corporate management’ added the extra cost.
They said they have been having complaints of cold pizza. Well here is a new complaint… You cost too much and poor service.

I love the calzones and pizza rolls. The delivery staff is friendly but the in house crew are not. Delivery it is! Will be ordering from here again soon.

I haven’t actually been to the location, but I’ve ordered online and had food delivered twice. The online ordering system is very easy to use, you can either choose a time to have your pizza delivered, or check the box that says ASAP. The approximate delivery time is 45 minutes, but we’ve always received ours a bit earlier.
As far as the food goes, best pizza and breadsticks ever. We’re never going to order from another chain again because this has won us over. Best tasting sauce, cheese, everything! If you check in with Unilocal,you get $ 3 off a $ 15 order, which is nice.
PS: If you’re doing delivery and don’t have cash (for the tip) on you, add the tip before you check out because you won’t be able to tip the driver once the pizza is delivered since he doesn’t have a receipt for you to sign.

I very much value using local businesses and the entrepreneurial spirit. The employees here were very friendly and my order was correct and done on time. That said the pizza just was not very good. The crust reminded me very much of Domino’s or Little Caesar’s. The toppings were so-​so. We had the pesto chicken, barbecue chicken, and a sausage pizza. The sausage was the best of the three. I think that’s because the sausage provided a little extra grease/​oil. Basically, the pizza was just dry. So, in my opinion, if you’re looking at $ 20+ for a large, you should get a better product. I’m disappointed because this is right by my house and super convenient and locally owned.

The food is really good. When it is right. I bring my daughter here regularly but they never get my order right. It is a bunch of kids running the place. My suggestion is just to order it out. Don’t eat inside. Check your order before you leave.

Great pizza and delivery is very quick. Nice to have Pepperoni’s in our neighborhood.

We love this pizza place! Our favorite is their BBQ chicken pizza and an order of their delicious pizza rolls. Be sure to order a side of their garlic butter dipping sauce– makes the pizza rolls extra yummy!
Super easy online ordering. Crazy fast delivery. So happy to have this pizza place nearby! Highly recommend!

Seriously the best pizza in Houston! I’m shocked at some of the bad reviews for this place. My family and I have eaten here over 100 times since moving to sienna and they have always have impressed me. Not only is there Pizza awesome but so is there Sandwiches and mozzarella sticks. We have become friends with the management staff over the years and they always treat us like family. Luis is very passionate about his product and it shows.

Great pizza and service! Luis and his entire crew do a great job. Pizza is always great! Try out their wings also. This is also a Houston based group which is another plus!

My wife ordered online and I was instructed to go pick it up. It’s about an 8 minute drive from my home. When I get there, the place is empty, it’s about 7pm Saturday night. Seemed odd to me. I proceeded to pay for the order and it is obvious that they were scrambling to put it together after I had paid even though I purposefully left the house after the «expected» ready time. While I was there, all of 5 to 10 minutes, I witnessed:
1.) A customer leave in frustration because he had stood there for 5 minutes without any acknowledgement from the staff that he even existed.
2.) Staff make fun of a person on the phone because they had a heavy accent.
3.) A call from a customer that had an order «lost».
As I drove home, I felt kind of lucky that nothing eventful occurred during my encounter. When I arrived home, we found that they had messed up and put the wrong flavor of chicken in the order and they had neglected to pack the salads we ordered.
So, I schlep myself back to Pepperoni’s and let the girl behind the counter know that we were missing the salad. She apologized and came back out with a bag. Just to make sure, I peeked in the bag to see if it was complete and lo and behold, she packed only 1 of 2 salads. After reminding her that I ordered 2 salads, she went back again and someone hurriedly prepared another one.
When I got home, my kids had already finished their dinner and I got the privilege of eating soggy chicken alone.
This location is chaotic, disorganized, and the staff is poorly trained. There is zero management on the premises and it’s basically a bunch of high school kids fending for themselves. This will be the ONE and only time we visit this Pepperoni’s. This Sienna location has mediocre food and way below par service.

Let me first say, I love Pepperonis, it tastes great, and I will be back– but unfortunately,
Not to this convenient location. I called ahead for pick up, the phone call seemed as though it was the persons first day on the job. Whatever, new place. Let it slide. I pull up 15 min later to the parking lot and see plenty of cars in the lot, wow! Hopping right? Cool. Wait, there is one chef outside the building. And then 2 – 4 more employees hanging out and smoking with their friends (not employees) in the middle of the parking lot. I go inside. No other customer there. And I have to wait 15 – 20 more minutes to get my pizza. So glad no one started my pizza when I called ahead– hope you had a great time acting cool with your buddies in the lot instead as I walked right past you to get my pizza you didn’t care about. Pizza tasted most excellent, but I could care less to call ahead to have my pizza ready for pick up, and then have to wait like in a normal restaurant. Boo.

Pepperoni’s, I like you and I like supporting local businesses in Sienna.
The food is good, they have a large variety and it’s quick. It’s close to home and they’ve upgraded to a bigger location and have seating in the restaurant.
But Pepperonis, I came in today with my mom, aunt and grandma and the young girl working the counter was less than friendly, and that’s putting it nicely. First impressions are everything and right now, she’s not making a good impression. You should talk to her about that, for real. It was quite disappointing.

I have tried this restaurant twice now. Once I picked up my order, the second I ate in.
I have mixed feelings about the service. On one hand the service is lacking in every way imaginable, on the other when they completely hosed my first order (I was given the wrong pizza and it took almost 2 hours to replace) it was replaced and I was given a credit (full amount) for future use.
The food isn’t bad, but defiantly not good. The pizza is acceptable. Crust has a good flavor. The calzone is really just a loaf of bread, I only had 4 slices of pepperoni in mine. Greek salad was nice. Wings are just a fatty soggy mess.
I can say I have tried it twice and that is two times to many for me.

C ’ mon Sienna Pepperoni’s. New free standing building or not, you will have to do better than that to keep from losing all your pizza business to Centercourt, Marco’ s and Brooklyn’s. Ordered a large 16 inch New Yorker (comes with pepperoni, extra cheese and extra sauce) Gourmet pizza last night. Although ready on time, as I carried the box from the store I was struck by how light the box was. Got home, took a look and was met with the sight of a very undistinguished haphazardly topped pizza. Still fresh and hot after the 3 minute drive home, the topping slid from the slice and I was amazed that it amounted to about a tablespoon of the good stuff. The only extra in this pie was the sauce. The sauce was enjoyably flavorful, but pepperoni and the Italian sausage I added conspicuously sparse. After the 2 slices which I expected to fill me up, I reached for two more. Through with those, I stopped there unsatisfied but not reaching for more saving it for a round two re-​heat mañana. The pizza acquitted itself well on day 2 after a full night of maturation in the fridge and 7 minutes in the toaster oven but not quite enough to support the $ 23 price tag. I’ll be back, but only in a pinch.

You wanna pepperoni pizza… and you want it fast? Come and get it! Hot, fresh and yummy. Plus, they are opening a brand new location behind snap fitness… it’s gonna be «fancier» and nicer than their current location next to the gas station :-)

First time at pepperonis and it was great. Friendly cashier with quick service. Lunch specials are a good bargain and avail even on the wknds. New pizza rolls make for a great appetizer.
