We recently had our first consultation at this office, and I got a fantastic great impression all-around. The staff was so friendly and sweet both on the phone when making the appointment, and in person. The made us feel welcomed and comfortable straight away. You are offered water/coffee/snacks, and the waiting room has a little side room with arcade games. The office is lovely, and does not feel clinical at all. Dr. Pisklak knows her stuff and we we received a lot of good information. And as a bonus, you can fill out patient forms ahead of time, online. Great experience all around, I highly recommend this orthodontics office.
