They charged me and they never delivered my food
Now what was 41 $ worth of food is going to be 41,000,000 dollars of a lawsuit
Can’t run a business like this

I don’t know what drugs Shahnawaz E. is on, but the service at this Pizza Hut outlet is deplorable. I love their pizza, but service is so poor its an abortion. Oh well, anybody know a good place to get a pizza?

This place is ok. I ordered pizza online and pick it up at the store. I usually order my pies like 20 – 30 minutes before I go home. When I get there everytime, they always tell me they are just cooking my pizza. Th en I always wait for another 15 to 20 minutes to get it in my hands. So about an hour for me to get 1 pizza. Despite the line. Sometimes the line is so short I still wait about an hour to get my own pizza. Esp. When I ordered 35 minutes ago, and drove up there after the online pick up time.

Pizza was delivered super late and when I received the pizza it was nasty. I will not be ordering from this location again.

At This location it is a gamble on rather your order is correct or not me knowing this still place a order for this location because its close and I was late on dinner. I had to calm down to write my review. To say I was upset is an understatement. I ordered on line 934 and was told my order would be ready @9:58pm drove up to window at 10 paid but no food they were very busy so I waited then 20 mins later he asked for my ticket to see what order number I was finally at 1034 I got my order it was suppose to be 16 pc bone in bar b que crispy wings med peperoni lovers wit buttery garlic crust and bar b que drizzle an medium meatball and cheese bread sticks. I got home and open the boxes to serve no drizzle no crust flavor plain wings and cold cheese sticks… I was flaming it was already 11 now and I wasnt going back that late I called number on box which is not the store but call center I was on hold 20 mins finally spoke with a supervisor and was given a 25 dollar credit my order was 34.60 if I could I would give this location negative 3 stars I’ll think twice before giving this location a chance again steer clear!

Waited for more than 2 hours for my order. Location is only 10min away. No update, I had to call location for info about reason for so long, receptionist said someone will call back in a few minutes. Few minutes past, no call. Cancelled order. Never contacting location again. Deserves less than 1 star.

This location is a mess. A manger is never around to adress issues. Upper managment needs to come in and clean house. I’ve waited for 2 ½ hours for a delivery. I ended up having to go get my order and then had to wait for them to fix it. Sad…

Terrible customer service, extremely unprofessional store manager so you could imagine the type of people she has hired. On several occasions my order has been wrong and delivered cold. My suggestion is that the General Manager shut down the whole store, sever relationships with all employees and begin again.

Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Don’t order from here if you would like to get your pizza within a reasonable time frame. After waiting for over an hour and twenty minutes I called to find out what the hold up was and was told I would be called back. I called back 15 minutes after that (it had now been over an hour and a half since we ordered) and I was told that the pizza had been taken out for delivery 5 min. before that. When I complained about the wait I was told there was nothing they could do because they were short staffed. This as been a problem with this store. Why can’t this place stay adequately staffed to deliver pizzas on time? It’s ridiculous.

I’ve been the victim of the undercooked raw pizza. There is always something going on in there. The employees are either high 5ving each other or wrestling. There is only take out but the customer’s always look like they’ve been waiting forever. I live too close for me to pay for delivery and tip.

horrible service and experience. 2 hours later and i am still waiting!!! do not order delivery from this location unless you just ate!

Terrible service, if you are someone who likes to wait HOURS to get a pizza and cold food then order here.
I recommend Domino’s or Papa Johns, better service & better pizza!
I stay AWAY from all pizza hut stores because they are all the same, have bad service, they should at least have good pizza so the wait is worth it! I don’t know how these places are still in business.

Order 1 large pizza, waited for an hour and half, called to ask where the food was and got some sort of operator that promised someone would call me back from the actual store. No call.
2 hours later, food arrived as I was on the phone again speaking with a manager at the number they give you to call. The pizza had obviously been sitting for 30 – 40 minutes before delivery, but we were starving, so I took it. The manager on the phone told me they would have the manager of the store that had delivered the food call me back tomorrow, but no call.
TLDR: 2 hours to receive cold pizza, promised manager callbacks, no callback, completely ignored.

It took an hour and 20 minutes to receive two medium pizzas. When I called to check on the order the person on the phone informed me that a manager would call me. After the pizza was delivered (no call from manager) I called to inform the store that two people were in the car when my food was delivered. This made me very uncomfortable. The manager did offer a credit which I declined. Please either pick up your pizza or be hesitant to order unless extreme hunger over takes you:) I’m disappointed because this reflects how businesses feel about the neighborhood. In addition we recently were delivered an uncooked pizza from a Dominoes Pizza nearby:(

This place sucks the employees are rude and delivery boys never bring what i ordered

I have gone to this Pizza Hut for years and love the new wings but their Pizza here leaves a lot to be desired!!!
Every time i have gone I have been very forgiving bc i give them the benefit of the doubt but they always screw up my order, ive even gotten a $ 10 credit for the screw ups.
Med Pepperoni and wings. How easy is that?! The wings were fine this time but, the pizza was horrible.
From the edge of the crust they shorted us by 2inches and made this inside of the pizza smaller less sauce, cheese and pepperoni!
If i had cut off all the extra edge I would have had a personal sized pizza! I kid you not! I was pissed but hungry and the football game was about to start!
I love the wings but no more pizza! IT SUCKS!
