Prices have increased; service has decreased. I’m a little bummed that this place couldn’t be more consistent. I hope they go back to their core — fair prices, great service — and eliminate the gimmicky coupons and promotions. The Shellac mani used to be $ 27, which was reasonable for the area and their cleanliness(most places charge $ 25 and are a little sketch). It’s now $ 30. The last time I visited, when they charged me $ 30 and I told them that that is not what I usually pay, the lady insisted that that has always been the price and if I wanted it lower, I needed a coupon. No, ma’am, that is not the«usual» price. I’ve been coming here for many months and I know I’m not making stuff up. Given that what they are offering is nothing special, I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere. $ 30 for a shellac mani should at least get me an adult beverage(it does in Sugar Land). I think the pedicures are still a good deal(regular comes with paraffin AND hot stone massage and they still use tub liners) but I’m not going to split my time between two salons so I fear I might not be back to this location.

The one star is for the interior decorations. Horrible service. I was seated promptly however no water running and the basin was empty. There’s no where to put you feet 5 min later the technician came with get bag for the basin and ran the water. Her attention to detail was terrible and her cellphone rang over and over, loudly. The only sterile thing that came out if the pack were the metal tools the buffers and callus remover were not. She was too busy having a conversation with her coworker and did not address me at all. They do not have to worry about me I will not be returning.

Absolutely horrible service. Decided to try this place with my mom and was very disappointed. We were told there was no wait, but 20 minutes later we were still waiting in cold water. We decided we would leave and then they decided to come and said they were ready to work on us. Then they left us again in cold water(no spa jets or salts… just cold water). A lady across from us said she waited 40 minutes and it was not busy. Another lady told us that her daughter likes that place for some reason, but she didn’t because she had an appointment and still waited about 30 minutes. The technician finally returned and told my mom to put her feet back in the water. My mom said no thank you this water is really cold. «I know,» she snapped at my mom. She then began to fuss in her language. We were done at that point and got up and left to take our business elsewhere. That was totally unacceptable. Bad service and a terrible attitude are not ok.
