The doctor was very nice and explained everything I needed to know. The young lady who assisted me with choosing my glasses was a bit different. She was not very helpful with my selections nor did she explain the different pricing options. She automatically signed me up for the extended insurance which I did not request and upgraded me Poly glasses without me requesting. When I pointed out the fact I did not ask for these upgades, she gave me a blank stare as if I was out of line. I have a clear understanding that they receive commission from these upgrades, but I would like to make the decision on what Im paying for. I will go back to this doctor but will steer clear of this young lady.

Dr. Ann is very nice and provides good service. However, my calls were never returned and I’ve been without my contacts prescription for almost 2 months now.
I followed up with Dr. Ann after a little time. She helped me out and got me new contacts. I enjoy getting a check up now!
