The food is somewhat decent but the reason why I don’t like this place very much is the customer service. We went there for dinner and the employees there were young and seemed like they didn’t care enough. They didn’t use gloves while preparing our food. They were also loud and obnoxious!

My daughter and I ate here periodically. The food is so so and the service is good. We simply got tired of what they offer. Not even a consideration to eat at anymore

Really slow service. Women’s bathroom light was out so I had to use the men’s, which wasn’t very clean. I thought a sandwich would be a quick to go lunch, it ended up making me late because I was waiting for 20 minutes.

My sandwich was tasty! The menu is different than other locations, not a bonus. Inside of the restaurant could be straightened up a bit. Rather come here than Subway though…

This was our first time here. I have to say, it is a little confusing at first. We had to sit down at a table, read the menu and try to figure out what we were supposed to do. No one offered to help us figure it out. We soon realized you first have to decide what type of protein(veggie option is available) you want on your sandwich. Once you’ve figure that out, you grab a bag that is in the bin marked with that protein. From there, you use a marker to check off the cheeses, vegetables, condiments, sauces and extras(like avocado) that you might want on it and decide if you want it served on white or wheat, hot or cold, and small, medium or large. Once you’ve done all that, you turn in your bag to the cashier along with bags of chips, cookie orders, milkshake orders and whatever else you might want. You also choose your drink size. While you wait for your sandwich, you get your own drink. We also got the Wich Wich chips, so we snacked on those. Turns out they are ruffled type potato chips seasoned with salt and pepper. I thought they were great, but hubby said they were nothing special. When we got our sandwiches we were pleased to find out they were very good! Hubby said his was probably one of the best sandwiches he’s ever had. Sometimes when you order from other sandwich places, your order is bready(is that even a word?) and dry. That’s not the case here. My only complaint is that this place is expensive! We had a medium and a large sandwich, 2 chips and 2 large drinks for $ 30! That’s crazy for a sandwich. I could have had a sit down 3 course meal for that price. We will probably go back, but order smaller sandwiches and smaller drinks.

I normally don’t write reviews but after seeing several other complaints about this location, I figured I’d add to the list. My family and I placed an order online with 3 items. My dad didn’t notice until he got home that only 2 items out of the 3 we ordered were in the bag. Three items were paid for online and clearly states it on the receipt we received so why wasn’t there 3 items in the bag? One item was the which bowl that we got on a white styrofoam plate. Who does that?! No fast food/restaurant establishment serves food on a styrofoam plate. Is the owner just being cheap or did they run out of supplies? Either way, it’s very unprofessional. I really could’ve made the salad at home with the little amount of spinach they gave and wilted looking tomatoes on top. I don’t know how the food tastes because I had to go back and get the other sandwich they left out of the bag. But, it really doesn’t matter how the food tastes because we’ll never be coming back to this location again. Especially with the rude female worker up there. It’s sad that businesses such as this one can’t be ran properly. This would’ve been my first time trying Which Which and I all I’ve heard was great things. I’ll just have to take my business to a different location. Sincerely, An Unsatisfied Customer

This was my first time visiting this establishment and I must say I was not impressed! I ordered a hot sandwich but it was cold. I had more lettuce and a limited amount of meat. If I wanted a veggie sandwich I would have ordered one.

I really enjoyed my sandwich here. J and I came one day to redeem our free birthday wiches. The store seems relatively clean. We came for dinner on a weekday, and it was pretty empty — only one other table of people in the restaurant. I can’t comment on what service is like when it’s busier, but I was perfectly happy with my experience here. Pro Tip: You can ask them to put potato chips in your sandwich. SOGOOD.

Came home from work and wanted to get the order in to pick it up without the wait so I ordered online. My order was placed at 4:57 and promised to be ready for pick up at 5:30. I arrived at the store at 5:27 and my order had not even been started. There was not a single person sitting in the lobby. Sat and waited for my order to be finished and left the store at 5:40. 10 minutes is not a huge deal but they should reconsider promising a time that isn’t true.

This used to be a good Wich Wich. Went a couple of weeks ago and it appears to be new owners. Service is slow, place is dirty and sandwiches don’t look anything like a Wich Wich. Too bad this place used to be good.

This location consistently disappoints me. I live in Sienna so this is one of the only sandwich shops really close to the neighborhood. However I will start driving a longer distance just to avoid coming here. This location has workers who are slow, care more about gossiping then making sandwiches, and truly seem to hate their jobs. Online ordering is a joke… if you order online, wait about 20 – 30 minutes for the order to actually be ready. This location needs a serious overhaul of their customer service(since they have zero) and their employees. Maybe if a manager or owner was present, things would improve… I’ve never seen either however in all the times I’ve been here. The food quality is still equal to other locations… decent sandwiches for a decent price.

I’ve tried this location a second time and had a great experience. Talked to the new owner and they’re making a lot of changes. Glad to see this location turning around. We need a good sandwich spot here in Sienna. Also cool that they deliver through OrderUp. I use that app quite a bit.

So I don’t normally review a fast food joint but I can’t in good conscience not say something about how this place has gone down the crapper. I’ve been eating here since it originally opened. Sometimes you just need a quick sammy and Subway doesn’t make the grade! Which Wich in general makes a good sandwich. Anyway– over the past year or so, this particular location has gone downhill– in a fast crash and burn manner. Today was my last visit to this location. Period. I think it all started when the original owner sold this franchise. IIt was great before but the new owner just doesn’t know how to run the place or just doesn’t care. They stumble with even the most trivial of things that make eating there aggravating– like Sharpies that are dry and no longer write. Rather than buy more Sharpies, the guy must rummage through the office supply cabinet at his wife’s office or something to find gently used highlighters and dry erase markers?!? Dude– how the hell am I supposed to order if I cannot mark up the bags?!? This must be a franchise rule violation, at the least a violation of the code of stupidity. If I can’t order– you can’t make $$$. The place is getting run down, dirtier. and the Ikea-esque furnishings are starting to fall apart and show their wear from a lack of maintenance. Enough about the trivial stuff… to the service and food. The employees, genuinely do not care. I watched my son’s shake sit in the blender sweating it out like a whore in church on Sunday while one employee was rapping and dancing to a Lil Wayne tune in her head while squeezing mayo or some sauce onto a sandwich and the other mouth breather was just watching her! The manager /owner was shuffling around back, out of view. Oh– keep in mind, this was just before 1pm– during the lunch rush. Moments later when she finished her song and dance, she tells us they are out of tomatoes… WTF?!? A sandwich shop during lunch rush out of tomatoes? I just came from the HEB across the f’ing parking lot and they had tomatoes out the wazzoo… so don’t blame the it on a tomato crop blight. Poor planning on the manager’s part and again, a lack of caring. How hard is it to hoof it a hundred yards or so to HEB and get some to fill the void in a pinch?!? You just about everything to make any of your sandwiches just across the parking lot! Maybe I should take that advice to heart myself the next time… I finally get my sandwiches home and they are haphazardly thrown together. Everything is either clumped together or just lacking. Apparently they were running short on lettuce too as I could count the few shards that were in my sandwich. I see the same manager guy there the past few visits so I assume he’s the owner as he walks around like he’s the owner and barking orders at the rank and file. My wife has mentioned some of these things to him in the past like the countless dry Sharpies only to watch him return them to the receptacles at the ordering station until my wife insisted he throw them away! I’m saving my breath. This place will be out of business soon and there’s a new one opening close the mall.

The mark-on-a-bag method of ordering is super simple. The quality of ingredients are delicious however like any other build your own establishment the flavors have to make sense with the base of sandwich you choose. With this particular location I’ve noticed it to be a tad slow in service. I have never attended during peak hours but during down time I find ordering online ahead of time and then eating it there moves everything along nicely.

Have been here twice. Resulted in two wrong orders. All the staff seem to have attitude there. Just today ordered 2 sandwiches, and we were the ONLY people there. Took 15 mins with 3 employees and they still got it wrong!

It’s so much better than subway. This location is always clean and the staff are very helpful and friendly. It’s a chain so not much to say about quality other than it’s better than subway but not what you would find at a non-chain sandwich focused artisan Sammy joint.

Amazing WICHES, great service, awesome cookies and shakes. The wicked is truly wicked and the grinder was amazing. I do like the chicken pesto but the turkey Reuben takes them all.

Good vibe, great food. Win-win combination! Shake and sandWich combinations are almost infinite. And a 1,000,000 catering options too. Raving fan for life!

I used to go to Which Wich a lot when I was in college. I was hungry one afternoon and as I was on my way home, I spotted one and decided that’s what I’d have for lunch. The place was set up just like any other Which Wich — menu with bags on the left. If you haven’t been to one before, you basically first decide what kind of protein you’d like. Once you decide, you pick the brown bag in the slot that goes under your selected protein and pretty much circle/bubble your choices. They have a huge selection but be careful — selecting too many condiments can make your sandwich very soggy! It is a bit pricier than your average sandwich place(~$ 8 for a meal) but if you make it right, it can be very worth it. The reason I give it 3 stars is because the customer service kind of sucked. The guy at the register was very monotone and looked like he really didn’t want to be there. Also, I made a point to not choose very many condiments and my sandwich was still soggy :(. The bread was also incredibly oily for some reason. On a more positive note, the sweet tea is to die for!

I enjoy a Which Wich sandwich every now and then. This location is great. Biggest plus is the staff here– really friendly and attentive. They actually come around to ask how the food is! I’ve never experienced this at other Which Wich’s I’ve been to, or even similar sandwich places like this. Which Wich itself is 3 stars, but I’m bumping up to 4 because I’ve seriously enjoyed the staff here. Very welcomed.
