I had a problem with my refrigerator door. They came out and carefully found the problem and fixed it.
Next, had a problem with my oven. Again, they diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, kept me aware of the status of the part order and installed the part.
These people are pros!

Joe L. Came out to service a problem with our whirlpool washer. Joe was very nice and considerate. The service was very fast to include disassembling the washer and replacing a part. I’ve also had the company fix an induction range a couple of months back and have had no issues since.

I called these guys Friday afternoon about a problem with my fridge/​freezer leaking water and being frozen over. Dave, the repair tech who handled the call, came out first thing Monday morning – called at 8am sharp, 30 minutes before arrival, as promised. He was clean and polite and fixed the problem in under 20 minutes. The cost for a service call was $ 75 for any labor, plus parts, if needed. None were needed. He used the tools off his truck and the problem is no more. YAY! He even offered to help me clean up the rest of the water in the freezer so it wouldn’t freeze over and asked if I wanted his help putting frozen items back in the freezer. I certainly didn’t need the help but it showed dedication to good customer service to offer anyway. Highly recommended.
