Mr. Graham was great to work with. He came to our home the same day we requested he come and take a look at our disastrous bathroom floor. The floor had begin to buckle in certain spots and the tiles were completely falling off. We had a lot of water damage from flooding and continuous leaks in our toilet. Mr. Graham gave us a fair and affordable estimate of what we thought would cost us an arm and a leg. Two weeks later, Mr. Graham and his son came and worked throughout the day to get our entire bathroom finished.
The floor was complete and he even installed our new vanity at no cost to us. He reinstalled our sink and toilet and found another problem with our actual toilet leaking which again caused more flooding. A less honest contractor would have allowed this problem to continue until there was another call to have that repaired too but Mr. Graham told us the issue and fixed it for us that same day.
Mr. Graham is courteous, professional and explains everything to you step by step so that you have a clear idea of what you are paying for. He takes a lot of pride in his work (even referencing our finished product as «his floor») and his son while young was very polite and helpful. I recommend him him if you have any needs with plumbing, drywall, floors, tiles and you name it. We’re having him come back and look at our basement level flooring for a second job!
