Love this store… went to the Foley store and I asked where all the Saints stuff is bc i only a tiny area where the Mobile store had a whole wall. He told me «this isn’t really Saints territory»… Asked him where he was from, he said Foley… Told him he must be dreaming bc Saints fans are all over here. He told me i was wrong and that is mostly a Mobile thing… I was irate to say the least. Drove there from Daphne bc i wanted to keep my money in Baldwin county. I will go over the the Airport store from now on. They have ordered stuff and shipped it to my house

Long story made short. They were supposed to order an item for me, but some one dropped the ball and the item was never ordered. One of the management team, Billy, handled the problem quickly and to my satisfaction.
Would have been 5 stars had the staff just done what they said they would do to begin with.
