Auto Glass Now – Mobile

Top Rate Customer Service. Mistakenly, on my part, I failed to call back and schedule an appointment after speaking with Kim on the phone. And me thinking that I scheduled the appointment, because I scheduled a few others… here I am the next day, and calling to get directions thinking that they are expecting me. Not the case! So I ask Kim if they can get me in today… She says yes, but they need to pick the windshield up still. So I pull up, and walk in to be introduced to April. She was über busy with phone calls. I explain to her that I made the mistake of not calling back to schedule the appointment. Anyways… I find that kim actually went to pick up the windshield herself. For Real!!! That’s awesomeness!!! Here I sit… Glass is pulled out just now, and here she pulls up just in time for the windshield to be put on. In the meantime, I’m sitting here with all rights to the tv remote, in a chair other than the ones up front. I’ve been treated great! Just downgraded the star push to 3 because, and only because I have to take my truck back. The windshield has a leak on the passenger side.

So I am driving east on Airport Blvd in Mobile and my windshield starts cracking from one side all the way to the other. I should’ve known better to ride behind a dump truck!
I called my insurance company and found out I had a $ 100 deductible for a new windshield. They recommended Auto Glass now which was 5 minutes away. I stopped in to schedule an appointment but none was needed, the glass delivery dude was on his way with the exact glass I needed. About 1.5 hours later I had a brand new Ford genuine windshield. It even had the Super Duty monogram at the top.
Tim is the manager here, he also introduced me to the technicians that was replacing the windshield. The service was fast and friendly! I highly recommend for all your auto glass needs. Oh and they waived my $ 100 deductible, nothing out of my pocket! They 100% backup their work for the lifetime of the vehicle. They recommend that you don’t «power wash» your vehicle for 48 hours after replacement but hand washing and rain are okay.
