I served Bannana Dock’s gumbo at my wedding, it was a huge success! Everyone loved it and I had some left over. The gumbo was made fresh all we had to do was warm it up. It also came with rice to serve with it. We froze the left overs and had it for dinner 2 weeks later and it was just as great as the first time! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
