Bay Flowers

I called this florist after speaking to someone at another florist. Joyce answered and was an absolute delight. I felt welcomed. The one that I called before made it seem as if they were doing me a favor. Joyce and Bay flowers were totally different. They welcomed all of my questions and just put me at ease. Use this florist! Friendly, warm, inviting — I could just go on and on.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers with a card to be delivered as a sympathy gift. They delivered them the same day. My friends were very appreciative for the fresh bouquet. The flowers were appropriate for the occasion, fresh, delivered on time and price was reasonable for me. I highly recommend this florist.

A friend ordered flowers for me for my birthday from this florist. Not only were they beautiful and exactly to her specifications, but they provided great customer service. My favorite color was purple and every flower in that bunch was purple! The vase she originally wanted was not available and instead of just replacing it like most florists would, they called her twice to make sure a switch was okay. It was great, because the vase is purple too! The delivery person was kind and on time, even with the vase switch.
The flowers themselves are gorgeous and have lasted a long time. I’m used to a bouquet starting to die after three or four days, but here we are five days later and there’s no sign of these beautiful flowers wilting. They picked roses at the perfect time– they weren’t overbloomed so I got to watch them bloom beautifully. This is seriously one of my favorite bouquets.
