David’s Bridal in Mobile, Alabama was the 1st place I went to look for a few wedding ideas. Initially, I only wanted to look @ flower girl dresses, but I ended up trying on dresses & veils as well! Ms. Sharmaine & the Stylist (I feel so bad bc I can’t remember her name!) on deck that day were very sweet, attentive & helpful throughout the entire experience. And I really appreciate them making this a special time for me & my Mom. Kudos!

Worst experience. I called two weeks ago to see if they had a specific bridesmaid dress in stock since the Pensacola location did not carry the Vera line. I gave them the dress number and was assured the dress was there in a variety of sizes. After I made the drive over, they told me they never have had that dress and only 2 stores in the United States actually carries that dress. They tried to tell me that the strapless dress (which they had) and the V-​neck dresses would fit the same, which it of course will not fit the same in the top area. They did nothing to try to fix the situation. They said if I wanted to try on the dress, I would need to order it and pay for it. I asked if I could return it if it didn’t fit and they said I couldn’t because that wasn’t the policy. The staff was rude and I will never spend another dollar at a David’s Bridal.

I would never recommend David’s Bridal to anyone. They ordered 2 of my bridesmaid dresses in the wrong style, were unable to get the correct dresses in by the wedding and extremely unorganized in remedying issues. Managers do not communicate well together. If I could do it again I’d get all

Lesia was extremely helpful with finding a dress. And the best part about it, is that she wasn’t even our consultant. She was very patient with my picky friend, and we eventually found the right dress.

Garbage. The manager (some older broad) seemed excited to confirm the free shipping promo has ended and I would not be getting in on the offer. Then she reprimanded another employee in front of a bunch of customers and other employees… more than once! The manager was a goober and the store was chaos. Stay away. Have granny knit your dress.

So I was suppose to receive the dress today and I didn’t because they shipped to the WRONG address (non existent) according to UPS… deep sigh I have no more words for this David’s Bridal location.
