Ez Pawn

Don’t be fooled by smiling faces and pleasant attitudes. They sold me a $ 300 cellphone that was still under someone else’s services agreement contract per T Mobile who ran the serial number. I had the phone for exactly 28 days when the service was interrupted/​shut down for non payment. Although i pay each month for service the cellphone itself was still being financed under someone else’s name. I took the phone back to EZ pawn/​Capital Pawn with these issues. They told me because I didn’t purchase a warranty there was NOTHING they could do. No exchange or partial refund was offered. When i purchased the phone they never explain the possibility that something like that could happen or even offered me a warranty. This matter was out of my control. I didn’t break it, it did not have a manufactory issue so you would at least expect for the situation to be handled professionally, satisfiedly, & fairly. Instead I was left with a $ 300 cell phone that I can not use. They have no consideration for the customer.
