HOLYYUMM!!! Fortunately, food trucks are an up and coming thing here in Mobile, and we couldn’t be happier about that. We finally tried one, Geaux Boy, and I’m pretty sure we started at the top. I ordered the Korean BBQ chicken po-boy with slaw and cilantro, and it was good. My husband ordered the shrimp bisque, and after one bite, I made him trade me. It was divine! We both agree it’s the best shrimp bisque we’ve ever had. My son ordered the pork sliders and said they were«pretty tasty»(his words). The sandwiches came with sides of chips and the soup came with a piece of French bread. They also had shrimp and grits and shrimp po-boys and a few other things on the menu, which likely varies from day to day. The three of us ate and had a drink for a little less than $ 30.00, which certainly wasn’t bad for what we got. If you see them parked on a corner near you, I’d highly suggest giving it a try!
