It has been 4 weeks since my father passed away and I still do not have his ashes. They cannot provide me with the tracking number used to ship him. They told me I did not pay $ 150 for shipping. I was quoted $ 50 for the shipping on two separate occasions and that was paid and taken out of my account 2 weeks ago. They charged me $ 400 for embalming when I did not authorize it and the funeral director told me I got a break because embalming is $ 600. Why is it a break when it was a not needed or authorized service? I will be filing a complaint with the board that oversees this business. The only reason for 1 star is because you cannot do 0
