I know this sounds silly but I think I broke the code as to how to negotiate this store. As previously stated they have some remarkable stuff, only place that you can find some of it in Mobile. The problem I had was service. But… ask for the manager on duty. That person knows the store, gets you help and is a pleasure to work with. In my case it was first an assistant manager(female) one day and then Jeff the actual manager the next time. No problems and even helped me get what I bought into a very little car. Okay… I love the store because it is a bit of a toy store for the tool nut like me… but so far this is the only way I would recommend shopping here unless you already know what you need for what you want to do.

I used to love this place, but they have stopped caring for their customers or standing behind their products. If you didn’t hang onto the receipt, you’re out of luck, even if it is obviously a branded tool sold by them. Their stated policy is «Refunds and Exchanges given at any time for any reason» but the fine print contradicts all that. There’s even a notice buried in the fine print that says«the manager has the right to refuse refunds or exchanges at any time, for any reason.» That should tell you something. Also, the quality of their cheap electric hand tools has gone so far downhill, quite a few bind up, burn up, or just stop working after the first few minutes of use.
