I brought my daughter with real concerns… And they basically laughed in my face(both doctor and nurse). Absolutely ridiculous and I threw $ 150 in a hole. They didn’t even try to make her feel comfortable. They didn’t try to look for a source to the problem(didn’t look in her mouth or eyes or testing). They told me that kids just get all kinds of viruses. I left there and went to my pediatrician’s after hours office. We were told we needed to go to USA women and children’s and be refers for Kawasaki. If you have a toddler or small child… Just be prepared for no service at all.

Awful! I had already diagnosed myself! I knew my eye was red\ pink due to a blood vessel that burst or pink eye! The Dr said yeah it’s one or the other. Didn’t bother to tell me to take off my glasses to get a better look, nor did he ask me any questions!!! That was a waste of my time

The address is 4270(not 4720) Cottage Hill Road so this map is wrong. It’s east of University Blvd. next door to Big Time Diner. Walk-ins are welcome. They’re open 8am to 8pm Monday through Saturday. I highly recommend this doc in a box. I was in and out of there in 25 minutes. The doctor was nice and answered all of my questions. Even though my visit was short, I did not feel rushed. The nurses were very good(I didn’t feel a shot go into my hip at all). When I left, they all told me they hope I feel better which felt like they genuinely cared. Also, they called in my prescription to my pharmacy which meant that I didn’t have to go there and wait. Next time I don’t feel well, I’m going here.
