Right! the other reviewer reveals she is recommending a contractor who’s is not licensed by state of Alabama and his work is not insured. I wonder which real estate company is using her and Ken Whitton. A professional individual or business will not leave their clients unprotected with an unlicensed and no liability insurance contractor. Always hire a licensed contractor if you do not want to take a risk of being rip off. It is better to use realtors and property management companies who refer and use licensed contractor to protect your investment, it means they are professional and know what they are doing. Any contractor who is serious about his or her work will want to be licensed.

My company has been using Ken Whitton for several years for several things. Real Estate sign installation, construction cleanup, home repairs, commercial property maintenance, power washing, bush hogging, etc. Whenever an issue arrives with a property we have listed, our very first phone call is to Ken. I have yet to be disappointed by anything Ken has done. He always completes assignments on time and with excellent results. We have clients from single-property owners to financial institutions to real estate trusts. Every one of our clients has been satisfied as well. I am a woman, and I find the previous review stating that Ken quoted her a higher price due to her being female personally offensive. Ken does work for me all the time and has always beaten quotes from other companies. Ken is an Army Vet and a Christian. He is NOTHING if not perfectly honest and honorable. Some people have chips on their shoulders about everything, though. As a professional who deals with contractors every day, however, I know what I’m talking about. I would highly recommend — and HAVE highly recommended — Ken to anyone for just about anything. He will give you a fair quote and be completely honest throughout the process.
