Upon my 2^nd haircut, I noticed they were in the middle of doing some reno’s which included some new lighting, some painting & changes to the windows along the front & I thought to myself, how awesome is that… the lighting in here is so much better… look how much better I look in the mirror *wink, wink*! I was loving it! I even went so far as to wonder if my original review had anything to do with it, but thought, nah, this was just a coincidence, bc these brilliant chics already had this planned, they knew what needed to be done! Then I got a happy little compliment from one of their Junior Stylists, Alexa Kiss, and lo & behold, my review DID prompt the fabulous remodel! WOWWW, the power of Unilocal!

Love the staff. Love the experience. Love that these are real talented people with real lives.
Whitney is kind and super accommodating. Made me feel comfortable bringing my five month old along because paranoid first time mom me.
I’ve been with her for years and she is the one person who I feel comfortable plopping in the chair and saying «do what you want.» She doesn’t force me to talk when I want to relax and I always walk away with bags of aveda product.
Best in the city!
