I received my shoes in a very damaged box that had been rubber banded together so it would stay together. The shoes are dirty on the bottom and have been worn. There wasnt any tissue paper in the box. I believe I was sold shoes that were returned to them and they threw a rubberband on the box and mailed it out to the next sucker which is me. They havent returned my phone call yet.
Update: This company has gone above and beyond my expectations in resolving my issue and I can’t thank them enough.

Thanks to the management & staff at Shoe Station for following up — they filled me in on the problem with the web order that I placed and made sure that I got my shoes and offered me a nice discount and free shipping, as well. Mistakes happen… that’s life BUT it’s what a company does about the mistake that is so important. Shoe Station did a good job of making it right. can’t ask for more than that!
