In this day of Home Depot and Lowes the question arises as to how does an Ace Hardware compete. The answer is by having an expert staff that actually is available to help… they stand by what they sell and they actually serve you like days of old. Contrast this to the large Lowes and Home Depot stores that are understaffed and overfilled with attitude in their employees. This place is worth the trip if you have a project and need help in deciding what to use. Chris helped me and he was great. Strongly recommend asking for someone when you come in and your experience will be a pleasant one. This is how they compete and you end up saving money by getting the right advice and materials the first time. There are things they do not carry but they will order it if possible. I am singularly impressed by this simple hardware store. Try it, and enjoy the experience. Hard to find in this day and age.
