Not all that. The gate is always broken — they won’t let you have an out of state phone number to give people on the gate to call you. Cheap mini blinds…

I think there are better apartment homes for the money. They speak luxury but provide cheap mini blinds that don’t even close all the way. Also I hate the fact that my last apartment had flat top electric stoves but I couldn’t find any in Mobile that do. To me this is basic amenities. Cheap carpet, appliances, vinyl flooring. The painter just did touch ups from the last tenants. My first water bill is 57.00 for a 1 bedroom, not sure why it’s so high and also I have an out of state phone number and they only put local numbers in the gate box which by the way is broken half the time. I agree with others that there are better places. I just needed something quickly for my move here. Also the pool was never cleaned, lots of bugs and leaves floating around. This could be a great place if they put some effort in it!

I work for a company that wanted to rent an apartment for someone we were bringing into town to work. The company had an LLC established and a signing officer allowed to sign leases on behalf of the company. We have full credit references and plenty of money in the bank to back it up. Stone Ridge would not rent to us without putting it in an actual persons name though. This totally defeats the purpose of setting up an LLC and renting through the company. The person renting should not be financially responsible if something were to happen and the person living there should not be responsible either. The LLC is legally responsible. Still they would not allow it. I know it is up to each business to refuse service if they want… but how we were expecting to do things is standard business procedure and I have rented apartments and hotels all over the country without this problem. I guess the economy must not be that bad that Stone Ridge can turn down what could have been over $ 6000 worth of business.

Nice accommodations and amenities. VERYOVERPRICED for what you get. So many nice apartment options close by in the same area for hundreds less. The management team is great, pool is cool, coffee bar is awesome, but still not worth the money. If they would drop their prices by $ 200++ a month, would be my number one choice in Mobile!
