This is a terrible car service.
First of all, I had to call 10 times because I got somebody on the phone. Before that they would pick up and hang up.
Second, when I finally got someone on the phone I had to cancel it and they got mad and asked 20 questions. I only had to cancel it because we decided to not take the trip. Then all they did was ask for the passengers name and hang up while I was mid sentence!
Not professional at all.
