The UPS Store

We were in the store twice recently. The first time, we happened to be in the area and dropped by just to get general information about shipping. The young adult woman who helped us was professional and courteous and not only answered our direct questions but gave us information that we did not realize that we needed in order to best prepare for our shipments. I am not sure, but it is possible her name was Rachel. Because of her excellent help, when it was time for us to ship our three packages, we drove past other UPS stores to come back to this one to have our items packed and shipped. The gentleman who helped us was also extremely helpful. He found a way to enclose a shipping tube to protect an art print in another box, which saved us money. One of our packages arrived, as predicted, today (the others are being shipped to another state). It was well packed and the contents well protected. I am very glad that we went out of our way to come back to this particular store. I see online that the current owner/​franchisee is new to this store in just the last couple of years. I don’t know if we interacted with that owner/​franchisee, but I must say that the staff we worked with were outstanding. Thank you.
