I am finally out of there, and I couldn’t be happier! The place is being taken over by the ghetto that surrounds it. They have all these signs out front such as security gates but when you sign the lease they tell you they are decorative and should not be considered a security feature. They also have a «resort style pool» if you ever stayed at a resort that had a pool that small you would ask for a refund.

So I’ve lived here a couple of months now, and I can give a true review of the place. It has met our expectations in most ways. Positives: We have a lovely apartment with plenty of space, a nice layout, and all the the things we need. I almost never hear our neighbors. The office staff, especially Agatha and Ashley, are super nice and responsive to any questions or concerns I have. The gate is fixed promptly when broken, although I never feel unsafe here, even when walking dogs late at night. There is plenty of parking on the backside of our building. They have community meetings, fitness classes, and other activities you can partake in, along with all of the amenities. Location is fantastic. Near great restaurants, downtown, highways, main roads, and close enough to the shopping and craziness that is Airport without being a «part’ of it. Negatives: The dog poop stations are not emptied frequently enough. They are overflowing by the time they get changed. The traffic on an adjoining street can be noisy, as many people play very loud music from their cars. As with all apartments, some of the residents leave something to be desired(example: one thought it appropriate to dispose of food waste all over the parking lot one evening. Maintenance came quickly to clean it up once I alerted them). I felt my carpet should have been replaced due to stains before we moved in, and the manager did follow up on this, but since my furniture was already in place, it was too late. Honestly, I am nit-picking at these items. It is a great place to live. I am not struck by that overwhelming feeling I got at previous apartments I lived in that I can’t wait to move out. It definitely feels like a home.
