If I could give them a zero, I would! They charged my debit card for additional furniture pads that I did not rent, or receive! The truck I was given was horrible and the General Manager, Shea Prior, is the worst person I have ever had to deal with. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!

Unfortunately, I have to give this particular location a negative review. Back in August 2014, they installed the hitch on my Pacifica incorrectly. Then, they did not have the doggone trailer that I ordered, so they told me to go out to the Moffat road location which doubles as a doggone «farm and feed» store. What the hell. This place smelled of cow manure and grain. I was certainly out of my element. This was the day where I realized that I am truly a «city boy». The only redeeming quality was that the shop keeps were genuinely friendly and courteous (some-​what). So, I wait there for 30 minutes because the yahoo in charge of the rentals is not there yet. So, they hitch up the trailer and I found out the installation (that Gov’t Street did) is totally botched. UGGGHHHH! So, I then have to go to the I-​65 Beltline location and wait for another two hours for them to correct the issue with the hitch installation (I must say that this location gave me a discount due to the shoddy job that the Gov’t St. location did). This was a very bad experience and it certainly gives me pause of EVER going back to Uhaul in Mobile for anything!
It should be noted that I used this location for the same service five years earlier and everything went perfectly.
