Don’t waste your time shopping here because they’re not going to have what you came for, especially makeup. Everything is always out of stock and the displays are empty. If they do have anything it’s out of place and unorganized. Go to Sephora or shop online, the taxes will be cheaper.

If there’s an option for Negative stars, I’d certainly select it for this establishment. The so called associates here have Zero customer service. Snap out of la la land ladies, it’s Ulta. People come here in a good mood, a smile from the cashiers are few & rare. Don’t count on actual help at this location.
The lines are long due to cashiers dragging out the process. Asking for help seems like an inconvenience.
I asked to speak to a manager in charge, no one was there or so the person claims.

Went into Ulta 9÷10÷14. As the employee was unlocking the door to open, late I might add, she closed it behind her and muttered a barely audible good morning as I opened the door for myself to walk in. The store was dirty, trash was all over the floor. The shelves were not organized, products all over the place, nothing where it should be, they were out of a lot of products, too many to just be waiting on more. There was no alcohol or cleansers out to remove samples. Not one person asked if they could help me, employees were walking with their heads down, intentionally avoiding doing their jobs. I want to thank Ulta for reminding me why I shop at Sephora. I will not waste my time there again.

This place is not just for women. It does a couple of shelves for men. I have purchased shaving products and some cologne from there. They have many brands of shaving supplies: Lab Series, Art of Shaving, Anthony Logistics, etc. Store is clean and staff have always been polite and helpful when you see them.

Awesome! I did get many Christmas gifts from here this year as well as makeup and fragrance for me.
