This office is great. When I first drove up to location I found immediate parking. The staff greeted me and was friendly throughout my appointment. I saw the doctor shortly after I arrived and saw a wide range of glasses to choose from. The staff helped me picked glasses from what I like in frames. The bathroom was clean and neat. I give this office five out of five for nice location, easy parking, friendly staff, and great glasses.

Still waiting on frames. 3 weeks now when they told me it would take 7 – 10 days. They cannot tell me why it is taking so long, First it was at the lab, then it was on the east coast, then it was waiting for the manufacturer. Now its just not there. This blows, and the worse part is they cant just tell me they are back ordered or something believable. Now they are just showcasing poor customer service. That was the bad, the exam was quick easy and professional, staff and doctor were great, but this is a ridiculous time to wait for glasses.
