I bought two Centennial batteries here for my boats electric trolling motor. Within a year both were bad. I took them in and they convinced me to upgrade and spend more money and told me these new ones would last all day on the water so I upgraded. Three months later these batteries only last half of a day on the water. So I took them in to return them wanting to just be done with them hoping they would refund at least a small portion of the hundreds of dollars I have spent on batteries there. They would not give me a dime back!!! The guy wanted me to upgrade again! Not falling for it this time! He laughed at me for wanting some money back! I was in there for 45 minutes and he would not budge and was quite rude while I tried like hell to hold my cool. TERRIBLE customer service and SHITTY product!

Super shitty customer service!!! I bought 2 batteries from them & they both went out in less than 2 years. They won’t back up their warranty because my alternator went out in one of my cars. They’re nice if you’re just buying from them, but other than that they give you some bullshit reason why they can’t back up the 85 month warranty! I will NEVER buy another battery from them again! I hope they go under!
