Repairs took forever! Seriously, good luck with those. There was never a walk in, so we had to supply them with pictures & details for everyone’s security. Kinda unprofessional, and I hope they’d admit that too. The place wasnt clean when we moved in– not a dump by any means, but was clearly not ready to rent. We let all of these things slide though, the property was really cute and in an accessible location. About the staff… Kimberly is awesome! But the other two ladies are kinda rude. They don’t respond well to you being upset that repairs aren’t being made, even though you’ve never been late on rent. To be honest, they’re probably underpaid and overworked, but that doesn’t mean a responsible tenant should suffer the consequences.

My family and I leased four different properties from Ron Baker starting in 1995 until relocating out of state in 2006. The reason we moved so much is each unit we leased had been sold, but Ron and his staff happily helped us locate another unit to lease within his establishment and normally a much nicer home. In the 11-years we leased from Ron, never did we have a complaint. We always enjoyed tending to the gardens and Ron(with pre-authorization) would reimburse us for the upgraded materials cost when we provided the receipt. Two of the homes we moved out of where being completely remodeled, so we were not required to have the carpets cleaned. The only complaint I had is when the home on Madeline was planned for sale, the office decided not to tell us until after Christmas. It would have been nice to have known earlier since moving is such a large expense, we could have planned better. Overall, we have a very good experience with Ron.
