BESTBUY will not stand by their customer when the employee makes a mistake. They make up excuses. I bought a phone for my 18 year old when asked for the PROTECTIONPLAN I said yes, they took the info. When she made a mistake and redid the service order she left out the PROTECTION. The manager even saw where she messed up but told me it was my fault because I did not look at the receipt. I asked if they could see the mistake made and the manager said yes yet they don’t stand up to make it right. THEWORSTCUSTOMERSERVICEEVERGOTOTARGET GOTOWALMARTANYWHEREBUTHERE!!!
