Manuel the technician arrived on time but found that he could not access my A/C unit to check the refrigerant level because there was a special lock on the unit to prevent theft. He had to go buy a special key (and he bought one for me as well). He charged up the unit with A/C and explained everything that he was doing. Very friendly and patient with all my questions. I will definitely recommend.

Have been a Planned Servicing client and my experience has always been positive, informative and dependable. From Customer Service educating me on the importance of changing my filter to how to operate my thermostat to keep my utility bill down. The Technicians were always professional and detail orientated. Definitely exceeded my expectations for my servicing needs.

I had horrible communications between office & onsite tech provider. Im not sure if customers are valued here but id wager to say you would be better off calling someone with more knowledge an customer service skills. I was lied to and treated rudely by the office staff an refuse to do business with someone that cant be honest. Please reconsider if your in need of a company to service your unit.
