I have been renting the same home for nearly 11 years from California Prime Properties and I have never been anything short of 100% satisfied with the service provided. I have been communicating and working with the same staff that others who have reviewed this company and I just have to say… from experience, they’re not an easy staff to push to the point of becoming angry with their customers. they value us. In addition, when you’re admitting to showing hostility toward staff… then how is that THEIR fault? Joan & Martin Ayala are two incredible human beings who have been deeply involved in our areas safety matters(I am heavily involved and proactive with Neighborhood Watch). I’m not a nitpicker and I’m always respectful of their staff and property — they return the kindness to me ten fold. Today I would like to give praises to one of their maintenance staff members — Lupe. Very recently we came home in the late evening to find that our bathtub was leaking in a way that was beyond my abilities to take care of. I called the after hours service department and immediately received response from Lupe in the maintenance department. Once we talked about the issue — he immediately found just cause to come out to our home and start working to resolve the problem and he did so late at night. As it turned out… the problem that my bathroom was experiencing had more needs than I had initially known about. Lupe had to return to this property on several different occasions to make sure that the issue was resolved entirely. For each separate visit Lupe made very sure to accommodate my schedule. He showed on time, ready to work and with a very professional approach. Not only did he fix the problem in our bathtub… he fixed another issue that I had mentioned with our sink without making a big deal out of it even thought the problem was due to my own negligence. Through conversation with Lupe I learned that he is a hard worker, a great provider for his family and an overall just really nice human being. I think it’s important for all of us who are provided exceptional service to report them to the masses. *smile*… because not everyone does that. We’re so quick to complain yet never willing to give appreciation … and today I give my appreciation and thanks to both Lupe as a valuable team member and also to California Prime Properties as a whole.

*!* Avoid like the plague *!* 100% Unprofessional! 100% Worse Customer Service! DON’T BOTHERGIVINGANYOFYOURHARDEARNEDDOLLARSTOTHESEFOLKS! If it was possible to give them a zero or even a negative star I would. My elderly parents came from Manteca to drop off paperwork to the office. Not an actual office but a home converted. Classy. My father just needed to take in the paperwork, give them the money for the credit check. Easy right?! WRONG! He came out about 10 minutes later still with paperwork looking flustered. I asked him what was wrong he tells me «I went in to give them the paperwork, but what I had filled out on the app was not good enough. They wanted every line filled out. When I started filling in the small stuff, she sighed and gave me a dirty look, I guess I wasn’t goin fast enough because she asked me to bring it back when all the forms were filled out properly» I said okay. I finished filling out the paperwork in the car then took the papers back in myself. I waited my turn. Then I informed them my father was in and I finished filling out the paperwork. I asked who helped him. A girl«Myra»(Mexican Brown hair) said she did. That was ok. So I asked to speak with the manager. «Myra» thumbed behind her. I guess«Cindy»(Mexican blond hair) was the«Manager» I asked if I could speak to her. Cindy the«Manager» looked at me and said«No, she can help you» pointing back at the girl I sat in front of. As we talked she nit picked every little line that was not filled out to her liking. As the nit picking went on I was getting annoyed but I kept asking questions, most of which was met with a silly answer that didn’t make sense. For example I was filling out the forms from the beginning then towards the end she says«You can’t fill these papers out because you could be putting down false information, it must be in the applicants handwriting only» So I looked at her and said«Why didn’t you tell me that when I first started writing?» Another example I informed Myra the website has all old listings the paper that she handed my dad of current listing only had 2 available. Myra replied«That not our problem» Cindy the«Manager» chimes in and says«I don’t know how hard it is for you to fill out basic paperwork, but You need to stop with the attitude» HA! that’s a laugh. I reply«You hear this conversation-» –Cindy the«Manager» cut me off mind sentence«I’M NOTDONETALKING!» So I plaster on a fake smile grit my teeth and let her continue. To which she mocked my father, berated me about my attitude. I was appalled at the work ethic of these people. She’s the Manager?! How?! I finally had enough. I stood up looked her dead in the eye and said«You guys are terrible. Your professionalism sucks, and your Customer Service sucks, how this hole in the wall gets business is beyond me, but I will be sure to report this to the Better Business Bureau and Unilocal. My advice RUN! RUNAWAYASFASTADYOUCAN! DONOTGIVETHESEPEOPLEYOURTIME, MONEY, ORBUSINESS.

The only good thing this company has thats good is the maintenance dept. The owners Martin and Joan Ayala are some cheap money hungry cowards and expect people to be cool calm and collective when when they are screwing you. Honestly all they care about is money and nothing else. I rented from them for 5 years and got kicked out cause I yelled on there answering machine saying they were cheap, my deaedbolt on front door froze on a friday afternoon right after they closed I called emergency number they said they couldnt come out till monday to use back door. wtf. I had family coming from out of town and my back gate was block shut due to thiefs. So they came monday afternoon and fixed it and served us wed afternoon with 90day notice. So beware of shady activities
