The new cosmo prof off of floyd location, horrible expirence, Kaci is a employee she is such a bad employee very rude employee, if u go here don’t deal with Kaci she is very fake person very horrible I hoe the manager sets her strait, she cnt explain anything without an attitude she needs to more trained

The staff right now is very helpful, they are very educated on what they sell. Great sales on joico k-​pak. But you have to go when their on sale… I love this store small but has a little of everything about ti go in again for some stuff

I have a license and also work at another place of employment that has nothing to do with cutting hair and if i go in there with my uniform they are always giving me dirty looks because they think I don’t have a license… don’t discriminate because you don’t know what I do for a living! And also I had a friend with me I needed to stop to get some product and the employees were talking crap about how people are always bringing in other people with them… for one that’s rude, and two there is NO sign posted anywhere saying your not allowed to bring anyone with you!
