Just went in to drop off my fiancé and I’s jersey Lady told me $ 10 a pop to clean. Was ok with paying that But said I’d have to sign a waiver because they might damage the jerseys. The red might leak onto the whites? It’s a $ 200 jersey. Why would I give you $ 10 to ruin it? No thanks Came by the biglots center. They have a lady that dry cleans there, she charged me $ 8 for each and said she would have them nice and clean in 2 days! I’ll never come here again I’ve never ever had a good experience

I read the reviews and I don’t know about their situation but mine was the opposite. I needed to have a sleeping bag cleaned and I first started with the best ratings and I could had given some poor reviews on how I was treated on the phone alone. However, I was so grateful that the lady who answered not only treated me with kindness but went the extra mile to help push the bag to be cleaned in a day where all others said 7 days. They only charged like $ 18 to have done also. I am very happy with their consideration of my need because I didn’t want to sleep in a dirty stinky bag that one of the boys slept in camping. Gross. Thank you for the peaceful sleep in my CLEAN sleeping at my business retreat.

At first I was excited to try a new Dry Cleaner due to an issue I had with my favorite one here in town. I was very disappointed when I got my very expensive Blazer back. They had punched those plastic barbs directly into the lining inside. I was furious. My biggest mistake was giving them a second chance. I thought that this time I would mention what they did wrong and if they could do me the favor of not punching any tags ANYWHERE on my garments. The woman agreed, yet when I got my garments, the same thing had happened. How are you in the business of caring for someones garments and yet destroying them in the process? This isnt accidental either, they could use another means of identifying pieces that arent damaging. Like those skinny tags that get fed through existing button-holes and stapled directly to themselves. As far as the customer service goes… its not spectacular. Its not difficult to look someone in the eyes when they’re talking, its not difficult to say«Hello, How are you?» when they walk in. Hey, its not even THAT difficult to respond when someone asks«Hey, How are you?» and even ask the same. In the meantime, i’ll be searching for another Dry Cleaner in town that cares.

The prices are ok, location good, service adequate but unfriendly. The clothing is done on time and looks pretty good. We have had an issue with a spot not coming out of an item but they redid it for free. I don’t feel like a valued customer when I’m there. The employees are just kind of going through the motions. If it wasn’t for the convenient location I probably would find somewhere else to take my dry cleaning.
