This facility is great! The onsite manager is very nice and very helpful as well as very conscientious about the security of the place. I used the auto-​pay option which is convenient and hassle free. The facility is clean and secure and I absolutely recommend this site to anyone looking for a safe storage unit!

I only used the storage space for a couple of weeks during a transitional relocation from the Bay area to the Modesto area. In that time, whenever I came to the storage, both Manuel and the manager were extremely nice, professional and helpful. Manuel rode around doing his inspections of the storage units to ensure that everyone’s belongings were safe. It’s a very clean and well run storage area. I forgot to inform Manuel that I had moved out all of my belongings early before the office opened, and he gave me a call that afternoon to make sure that everything was alright since he didn’t see my lock on the storage unit. They are very thoughtful and are aware of who comes in and who leaves so it’s very safe.
The pricing was also a bonus — half off the first month, or free! I would definitely recommend this storage facility!

Found Extra Storage online, sign up process was very easy and received a call from the manager with 30 minutes to confirm. Upon arriving at facility, the manager had the paper work ready to sign and unit assigned. Location is completely gated, secure and always kept very clean.
Prices a very fair and will use them as long as we travel… I highly recommend this location for your storage needs!!!
